Daniel Ingelbert was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sabino Valverde showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Pretorianos FC's attentive Tommi Kankaanpää managed to snatch the ball when Bernt Tielemans made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. 20 minutes into the game, Sabino Valverde cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Daniel Ingelbert was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Daniel Ingelbert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sabino Valverde in the 25th minute. It was a well-played corner which Matias Txaran managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Sabino Valverde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Ingelbert having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Pretorianos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pino Van Hinnendaels came free, but Marciano Idacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to KV Schoonwater getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Reinard Billen hit a great ball. Marciano Idacio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Van Den Wijngaert, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 44 minutes into the match, KV Schoonwater's Sven-Edvin Viklund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marciano Idacio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abel Van Den Wijngaert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Daniel Ingelbert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tostão Ceresso, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After a defensive mix-up in KV Schoonwater's zone, Tostão Ceresso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Ingelbert came out of the goal and Tostão Ceresso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 62 minutes into the match, KV Schoonwater's goal looked a bit too open when Tostão Ceresso came free, but Daniel Ingelbert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reinard Billen hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, KV Schoonwater's Reinard Billen got a free kick in the 75th minute. Daniel Ingelbert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tostão Ceresso in the 78th minute of play. If Pino Van Hinnendaels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Ingelbert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tostão Ceresso in the 91st minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Tostão Ceresso made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Ingelbert. KV Schoonwater's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Daniel Ingelbert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabino Valverde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the KV Schoonwater players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pretorianos FC.
