Lyon 69ers's Guy Durant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Tiede in the 22nd minute of play. When Ian Axelfeldt fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AB Tårnby's protests and gave Ian Axelfeldt a yellow card for diving instead. Ian Axelfeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. AB Tårnby's Kenn Fronval proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save AB Tårnby from getting a goal against them. After 63 played minutes, Lyon 69ers's Sebastian Silvian shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kenn Fronval came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lyon 69ers reached it. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
