An unexpectedly hard shot by Muğan Färzäliyev in the 3rd minute of play forced Ice Valley FC's goalkeeper Cirilo Heli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Şamaxı Bankirlər booed when Ice Valley FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nereo Ledesma didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Şamaxı Bankirlər's Usub Äzizov got a free kick in the 12th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Şamaxı Bankirlər's Yaqub Aydinov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cirilo Heli. That made the score 2-0 after 14 minutes of play. 17 minutes into the game, Şamaxı Bankirlər's Älibala Abayev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cirilo Heli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Mario Sagrario hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Cirilo Heli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Muğan Färzäliyev's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yaqub Aydinov in the 24th minute of play forced Ice Valley FC's goalkeeper Cirilo Heli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cirilo Heli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yaqub Aydinov in the 27th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Muğan Färzäliyev kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cirilo Heli. That made the score 4-0 in the 29 minute of play. Muğan Färzäliyev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Cirilo Heli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cirilo Heli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Muğan Färzäliyev in the 37th minute of the match. Usub Äzizov hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After 39 played minutes Şamaxı Bankirlər got a freekick which was hit by Çärkäz Dünyamaliyev. After having played for 40 minutes, Ignacio Oriol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ice Valley FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Oriol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

In the 51st minute, Yaqub Aydinov made a precise shot to the right of Cirilo Heli. Ice Valley FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. When Joel Iraido fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ice Valley FC's protests and gave Joel Iraido a yellow card for diving instead. Cirilo Heli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yaqub Aydinov in the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Ledesma in the 61st minute of play forced Şamaxı Bankirlər's goalkeeper Qarabulud Bağirov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cirilo Heli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaqub Aydinov in the 63rd minute of play. In the 68th minute, Ice Valley FC's Nereo Ledesma ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Qarabulud Bağirov. Qarabulud Bağirov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-1. The audience was convinced that Muğan Färzäliyev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cirilo Heli was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Mirsaad Denisov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joel Iraido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Qarabulud Bağirov having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Nereo Ledesma had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Qarabulud Bağirov. Şamaxı Bankirlər's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nereo Ledesma was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. 83 minutes into the match, Ice Valley FC's goal looked a bit too open when Älibala Abayev came free, but Cirilo Heli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Şamaxı Bankirlər's Yaqub Aydinov in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Rogelio Tancredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Qarabulud Bağirov made a huge save. A collision led to Şamaxı Bankirlər getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Hümmät Abdulxälilov hit a great ball. Manuel Montay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Şamaxı Bankirlər fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ice Valley FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
