Spectators: 142 (Terracing: 107, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Julian Arano got the match started through his kick off. Ruperto Lluques's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Bela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Rene Tibalt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Gonzo in the 8th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Haroldo Mateo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barrialito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Argentinos Juniors the free kick. In the 10th match minute, Barrialito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Mateo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Barrialito getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ruperto Lluques hit a great ball. Haroldo Mateo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Pedro Bela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Argentinos Juniors's Julian Arano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rene Tibalt. That made the score 1-0 after 20 minutes of play. In the 24th match minute, Barrialito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Tauro to maneuver through the defense. Rene Tibalt was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Timoteo Gonzo. Pedro Bela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Mateo in the 30th minute of play. Ruperto Lluques charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruperto Lluques the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute, Ruperto Lluques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Diego Jaizki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Barrialito's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Itzaina came free, but Rene Tibalt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Barrialito's goalkeeper Rene Tibalt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Gonzales. In the 45thth minute of the game Luis Gudesteo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Argentinos Juniors's Pedro Bela was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Diego Gonzales notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Barrialito's Rene Tibalt. Rene Tibalt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Rene Tibalt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Gonzales in the 53rd minute of play. Pedro Bela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruperto Lluques in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Arano in the 62nd minute of play forced Barrialito's goalkeeper Rene Tibalt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 62 minutes of play Barrialito's Ruperto Lluques was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Barrialito's Ruperto Lluques got a free kick in the 63rd minute. When Luis Gudesteo fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barrialito's protests and gave Luis Gudesteo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 65th minute, Luis Gudesteo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Gonzales in the 68th minute of play forced Barrialito's goalkeeper Rene Tibalt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Luis Gudesteo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Bela. The goal made the score 2-1. Luis Gudesteo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Pedro Bela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo Tauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luis Gudesteo kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 81st minute of the match Timoteo Gonzo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rene Tibalt skillfully saved the ball. Rene Tibalt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Gonzales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Argentinos Juniors's goalkeeper Pedro Bela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Jaizki. 98 minutes into the match, Diego Gonzales had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rene Tibalt. Barrialito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diego Gonzales was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Argentinos Juniors's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
