The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Cambranes in the 3rd minute of play forced Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goalkeeper Tony Trancoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute Luis Iban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Trancoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Desiderio Demario took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tony Trancoso. Tony Trancoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Iban came free, but Tony Trancoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the game, Claudinho Salgado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bahía é Carnaval the free kick. After a rather tough play, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Claudinho Salgado got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 13th match minute, Donzela de Ferro FBPA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Passos to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute, Conrado Cambranes made a precise shot to the right of Tony Trancoso. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Tony Trancoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Cambranes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michel Viana during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Tony Trancoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Iban in the 24th minute of play. Tony Trancoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Demario in the 26th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Desiderio Demario notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Tony Trancoso. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Marquez to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Bahía é Carnaval's Luis Iban dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. But to his dismay, Luis Iban quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. After 64 played minutes Desiderio Demario rounded Donzela de Ferro FBPA's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-9. Bahía é Carnaval's Conrado Cambranes was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 71st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Mário Aguiar fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Donzela de Ferro FBPA's protests and gave Mário Aguiar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Donzela de Ferro FBPA getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Tony Trancoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Iban in the 88th minute of the match. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Tony Trancoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Iban in the 90th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Bahía é Carnaval left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Donzela de Ferro FBPA.
