Spectators: 780 (Terracing: 586, Seating: 179, VIP seats: 15) With splendid footwork Saverio Astete arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 8th minute. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Resistencia Tayrona FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Osvaldo Ihazintu was slow to take the kick. During this time Ascacibar-Pérez's players had a chance to rest. Enrique Caldero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Rito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Rito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 33 played minutes Ascacibar-Pérez got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Aguirre. Angel Cordarrol charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angel Cordarrol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 38 minutes into the match, Ascacibar-Pérez's goal looked a bit too open when Inguma Espejo came free, but Haroldo Lartaun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Angel Cordarrol came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Ascacibar-Pérez fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angel Cordarrol couldn't finish the play. Angelo Rito took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrique Caldero. Enrique Caldero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Taurino Hernaiz was the one to do the kick off. Angelo Ritos short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Enrique Caldero to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 61 minutes in the game Niceto Joey did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Benigno Mendiko. Angelo Rito in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Enrique Caldero, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Resistencia Tayrona FC's zone, Angel Cordarrol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Caldero came out of the goal and Angel Cordarrol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saverio Astete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Lartaun having to interfere. Haroldo Lartaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pudes Rabe in the 70th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Angelo Rito fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Taurino Hernaiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Haroldo Lartaun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Inguma Espejo went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Demesio Reganado in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Haroldo Lartaun saved Ascacibar-Pérez from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Resistencia Tayrona FC had won after a very even match.
