Fleetwood Town's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 0-2 became the score in the 9th minute when Tomás Garcia elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Elias Oxel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomás Garcia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anibal Janpier having to make a save. In the 17th minute, Wesley Cage ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anibal Janpier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Tomás Garcia sped through Fleetwood Town's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anibal Janpier. After 26 minutes of play, Inmortales FC's Tomás Garcia made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anibal Janpier was left in no man's land by his defense there! 33 minutes into the match, Fleetwood Town's goal looked a bit too open when Wesley Cage came free, but Anibal Janpier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Fleetwood Town was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Theobald to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, Tomás Garcia notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Fleetwood Town's Anibal Janpier. Anibal Janpier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wesley Cage in the 39th minute of play forced Fleetwood Town's goalkeeper Anibal Janpier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 played minutes, Inmortales FC's Willy Webster shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anibal Janpier came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Inmortales FC reached it. Orville Jacobson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Inmortales FC were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alan Brito to make the kick off. Fleetwood Town's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Wesley Cage scored to the left of an out of position Anibal Janpier, making the score, 0-9. Anibal Janpier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wesley Cage, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The Inmortales FC fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Inmortales FC's Orville Jacobson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-11 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Anibal Janpier made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Julio Barr sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Mitch Rushing took a quick shot and it went in 0-14 without a chance for Anibal Janpier to make any attempt to save it. Inmortales FC's Orville Jacobson was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 82nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Anibal Janpier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mitch Rushing in the 85th minute of the match. Anibal Janpier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomás Garcia went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-16 was the resulting score. In the 92nd minute of the match Hilario Bixintxo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Toby Herget skillfully saved the ball. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Orville Jacobson took a quick shot and it went in 0-17 without a chance for Anibal Janpier to make any attempt to save it. In the 96th minute, Mitch Rushing got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Inmortales FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
