Lugo Manes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Hitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. A collision led to Leones FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Nicollao Ovies hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Platon in the 24th minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Lugo Manes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Aloisio Munet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafael Bemabe. Aguila Romana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aloisio Munet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. One of Aguila Romana:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Leones FC:s goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Esteve Senen was the one to do the kick off. Lugo Manes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Hitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Lugo Manes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteve Senen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lugo Manes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5.
