Diego Melendez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bitxintxo Fururia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Quirze Lizana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Beturian, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Santos de Buenos Aires FC's Godofredo Rioja nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Quirze Lizana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 25 minutes into the match, Spor Las Huevas's goalkeeper Quirze Lizana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Godofredo Rioja. After 26 played minutes Spor Las Huevas got a freekick which was hit by Diego Tijerina. Quirze Lizana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Rioja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on Santos de Buenos Aires FC's corner Fernando Farias fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Quirze Lizana quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Rioja in the 36th minute of play forced Spor Las Huevas's goalkeeper Quirze Lizana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Spor Las Huevas defense, Rodrigo Calvet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Quirze Lizana. The Spor Las Huevas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Quirze Lizana should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Santos de Buenos Aires FC booed when Spor Las Huevas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Toral didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Godofredo Rioja made the kick off in the second half. Quirze Lizana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Rioja in the 52nd minute of the match. When Santos de Buenos Aires FC's Godofredo Rioja in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vesko Karapchanski in the 66th minute of play forced Spor Las Huevas's goalkeeper Quirze Lizana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Calvet scored 5-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quirze Lizana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Quirze Lizana came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Santos de Buenos Aires FC's Vesko Karapchanski. But to his dismay, Vesko Karapchanski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Rodrigo Calvet took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quirze Lizana. Quirze Lizana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 78 minutes into the match, Vesko Karapchanski notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Spor Las Huevas's Quirze Lizana. Quirze Lizana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 83 minutes into the game, Vesko Karapchanski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Quirze Lizana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vesko Karapchanski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 91 minutes of play, Santos de Buenos Aires FC's Vesko Karapchanski made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Quirze Lizana was left in no man's land by his defense there! 96 minutes into the game, Santos de Buenos Aires FC's Vesko Karapchanski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Quirze Lizana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Santos de Buenos Aires FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
