Jayson Burnett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 7 minutes into the game, Fohat Neyen's Romelio Komar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jayson Burnett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 9 minutes of play, Fohat Neyen's Derek Neyens made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jayson Burnett was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 13th minute, Somayina Cartagena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jayson Burnett was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 17 minutes into the match, River tu grato nombre's goal looked a bit too open when Romelio Komar came free, but Jayson Burnett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Somayina Cartagena made a precise shot to the right of Jayson Burnett. River tu grato nombre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Jeff Clemons managed to get in a good position for a shot. River tu grato nombre's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeff Clemons was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Etxeberri Benavides breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute Carlos Bueno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jayson Burnett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to River tu grato nombre getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Arkhyp Polyanskyi hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, Fohat Neyen's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Thomas came free, but Etxeberri Benavides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on River tu grato nombre's corner Blaine Schaffer fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Etxeberri Benavides quite easily take care of the ball. Jayson Burnett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derek Neyens in the 38th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by Tyrone Pepper got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 40 minutes into the match, River tu grato nombre's goal looked a bit too open when Derek Neyens came free, but Jayson Burnett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. River tu grato nombre's Jayson Burnett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Derek Neyens in the 46th minute of play. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Carlos Bueno sped through River tu grato nombre's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jayson Burnett. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
After 53 played minutes Fohat Neyen got a freekick which was hit by Jesco Alaniz. Derek Neyens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Jayson Burnett made a huge save. Etxeberri Benavides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeff Clemons in the 59th minute of the match. Derek Neyens did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-7 to the left of a surprised Jayson Burnett 67 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, Fohat Neyen's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Thomas came free, but Etxeberri Benavides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Santo Thomas made a precise shot to the right of Etxeberri Benavides. Fohat Neyen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-7. Etxeberri Benavides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeff Clemons, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute of the match River tu grato nombre got a corner. Fohat Neyen's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Blaine Schaffer ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on River tu grato nombre's corner Blaine Schaffer fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Etxeberri Benavides quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, River tu grato nombre's Jayson Burnett got control of the ball when Derek Neyens tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tyrone Pepper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Etxeberri Benavides tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Fohat Neyen getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Somayina Cartagena hit a great ball. Fohat Neyen's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
