Spectators: 827 (Terracing: 621, Seating: 190, VIP seats: 16) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Robert Sands took the kick off in the first half of the match. American Top Team's Shawn Ashby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilles Russell in the 4th minute of play. After 5 minutes, Jonathan Richards mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the American Top Team and the Fly T.T players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, American Top Team's Jonathan Richards got a free kick in the 5th minute. The audience was convinced that Gilles Russell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Shawn Ashby was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. After 8 played minutes Fly T.T got a freekick which was hit by Gilles Russell. American Top Team's Morgan Wilkerson got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Fly T.T booed when American Top Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Winford Craig didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to American Top Team getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Lorenzo Ellis hit a great ball. With a little luck, Fly T.T's Clifton Slaughter got control of the ball when Morgan Wilkerson tried to sneak it across the goal line. American Top Team's Shawn Ashby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léonard Keys in the 21st minute of play. Morgan Wilkerson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 26 played minutes American Top Team got a freekick which was hit by Morgan Wilkerson. 32 minutes into the match, Fly T.T's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Sands came free, but Clifton Slaughter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Fly T.T's Clifton Slaughter got control of the ball when Morgan Wilkerson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lorenzo Ellis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Clifton Slaughter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilles Russell scored 0-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Shawn Ashby, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilles Russell to make the kick off. Gilles Russell had several of the American Top Team's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 53 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Shawn Ashby as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathieu Roland in the 56th minute of play forced American Top Team's goalkeeper Shawn Ashby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Mathieu Roland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, American Top Team's Charles Eason got a free kick in the 60th minute. A collision led to Fly T.T getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Gilles Russell hit a great ball. In the 64th match minute, Fly T.T was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léonard Keys to maneuver through the defense. Shawn Ashby made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mathieu Roland in the 68th minute. Clifton Slaughter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Eason, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Fly T.T getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Marcellin Chaloux hit a great ball. Shawn Ashby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léonard Keys, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Vaughn Dennison was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. American Top Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fly T.T the free kick. A collision led to American Top Team getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Vaughn Dennison hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fly T.T walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
