Vadym Maxymov made in the 13th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Artur Lytvynchuk. Andriy Trubin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zézinho Lopez's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Vadym Maxymov made in the 20th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Artur Lytvynchuk immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dre Schipmans in the 21st minute of play forced FC Ruh Lviv's goalkeeper Andriy Trubin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andriy Trubin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zézinho Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 played minutes FC Ruh Lviv got a freekick which was hit by Danylo Lobanovsjkyi. In the 34th minute Sport Club Mavericks were awarded a corner. Sílvio Luiz de Godoi went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of FC Ruh Lviv's goalie and right to Alfredão Paiva. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. FC Ruh Lviv's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The audience was convinced that Dre Schipmans's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andriy Trubin was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. In the 42nd minute, Zézinho Lopez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sport Club Mavericks's Dre Schipmans got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 60th match minute, FC Ruh Lviv was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vadym Maxymov to maneuver through the defense. Sport Club Mavericks's 卓银弘 was substituted for Dre Schipmans. Sport Club Mavericks's İslam Tunçbilek quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Danylo Lobanovsjkyi, made in the 70th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, FC Ruh Lviv's Danylo Lobanovsjkyi got a free kick in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the match, FC Ruh Lviv's goal looked a bit too open when 卓银弘 came free, but Andriy Trubin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sport Club Mavericks's 卓银弘 in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andriy Trubin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 82 minutes, 卓银弘 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sport Club Mavericks's supporters crossed their fingers, but 卓银弘 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zézinho Lopez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Andriy Trubin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pylyp Vitvitskyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Myroslav Akymenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Marcelo Gröhe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andriy Trubin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 卓银弘 in the 97th minute of the match. The Sport Club Mavericks players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
