SE Palmeiras's João Vítor de Almeida quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The nice shot from Abelardo Medeiros in the 6thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Nereo Balendin had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. SE Palmeiras's Abelardo Medeiros was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nereo Balendin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, Acheral's Nereo Balendin got control of the ball when Abelardo Medeiros tried to sneak it across the goal line. Will Muralhas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Uhin in the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of Acheral booed when SE Palmeiras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Vítor de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abelardo Medeiros hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, SE Palmeiras's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Hunfredo came free, but Will Muralhas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Acheral's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Medeiros came free, but Nereo Balendin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Generoso Sedeni to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, SE Palmeiras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elivélton Valle to maneuver through the defense. Generoso Sedeni was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 52nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Lino Xabat kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Abelardo Medeiros notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Acheral's Nereo Balendin. Nereo Balendin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Abelardo Medeiros sped through Acheral's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nereo Balendin. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abelardo Medeiros in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nereo Balendin saved Acheral from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Acheral's zone, Abelardo Medeiros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nereo Balendin came out of the goal and Abelardo Medeiros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Will Muralhas made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Roque Uhin sent off a good shot on target. Will Muralhas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Hunfredo in the 81st minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Abelardo Medeiros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nereo Balendin. Acheral's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abelardo Medeiros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 87 minutes into the game, Décio Peixoto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SE Palmeiras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Acheral the free kick. After 87 played minutes SE Palmeiras got a freekick which was hit by Décio Peixoto. Generoso Sedeni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Will Muralhas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Abelardo Medeiros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nereo Balendin was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0.
