A collision led to SAPI FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Jens-Erik Mårtensson hit a great ball. When Lucky Star's Xabier 黄忠 in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SAPI FC's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucky Star's Ganjar Prabowo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anak Habib. That made the score 2-0 after 16 minutes of play. In the 21st minute, Bawang Merah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mathias Wijasmara was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 24 minutes into the match, SAPI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ganjar Prabowo came free, but Anak Habib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bawang Merah in the 25th minute of play forced Lucky Star's goalkeeper Mathias Wijasmara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to SAPI FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Adalberto Marquez hit a great ball. Xabier 黄忠 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Anak Habib made a huge save. Anak Habib stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xabier 黄忠's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. 35 minutes into the match, SAPI FC's goalkeeper Anak Habib had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ganjar Prabowo. Lucky Star's Ganjar Prabowo got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the game, Xabier 黄忠 lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Anak Habib. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

SAPI FC made a substitution. Manu Sia replaced Adalberto Marquez. The supporters of SAPI FC booed when Lucky Star was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Bremming didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mathias Wijasmara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bawang Merah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Otong Pink blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anak Habib having to make a save. 65 minutes into the match, SAPI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Otong Pink came free, but Anak Habib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bawang Merah got free with Mathias Wijasmara in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Xabier 黄忠 hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Bawang Merah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Mathias Wijasmara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xabier 黄忠 got a throw-in 83 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Halim Kiram. When Otong Pink came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Lucky Star fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otong Pink couldn't finish the play. Lucky Star's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
