Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Austin Gatt kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Austin Gatt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Danail Mladzhov was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. In the 12th minute Austin Gatt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danail Mladzhov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to THE CLUB getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Sergio Ramos hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, Svetozar Popchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Svetozar Mavrodiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Demicoli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. THE CLUB were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Templars FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arkadiusz Bendyk took the corner. Angelo Meilak tried in the 25th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Samuel Demicoli a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-0. The supporters of Templars FC booed when THE CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Svetozar Popchev didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Svetozar Popchev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Svetozar Popchev who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Samuel Demicoli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Danail Mladzhov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lawrence Gonzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Templars FC's goalkeeper Samuel Demicoli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Svetozar Popchev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd match minute, Templars FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Manicolo to maneuver through the defense. Austin Gatt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Svetozar Popchev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Demicoli having to interfere. THE CLUB's Danail Mladzhov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save THE CLUB from getting a goal against them. 85 minutes into the match, THE CLUB's Svetozar Popchev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Samuel Demicoli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Templars FC's Samuel Demicoli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svetozar Mavrodiev in the 89th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Joško Gvardiol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
