In the 6th minute, Aldo Shantala made a precise shot to the right of Zé Paulo Mendonça. Fielzão's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Celso Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ildefonso Bastia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domingos Leguizamón in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Paulo Mendonça prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Celso Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldo Shantala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Zé Paulo Mendonça made a huge save. When Arroyito FC's Cecilio Vincent in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cecilio Vincent in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zé Paulo Mendonça saved Fielzão from getting behind. Zé Paulo Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Vincent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 played minutes Arroyito FC got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Shantala. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Celso Tavares to make the kick off. Álvaro Costa didn't quite understand what happened when in the 54 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 61st match minute, Arroyito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Orkatz to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute of the match, David Mesquita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tadeo Nayely was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Celso Tavares did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Tadeo Nayely 70 minutes into the match. Tadeo Nayely showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Tavares in the 81st minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Cecilio Vincent ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zé Paulo Mendonça was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After 91 played minutes Fielzão got a freekick which was hit by David Mesquita. Cecilio Vincent recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fielzão's Zé Paulo Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Vincent in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Arroyito FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
