Nikos Leontoulis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İbrahim Efe Akarsu in the 7th minute of play. After 8 minutes, Gusztáv Bács made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Kolopetinitsa's Nikos Leontoulis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Nikos Leontoulis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gusztáv Bács went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The VC zoetwater fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when VC zoetwater's Bernardo Sharkin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gusztáv Bács in the 19th minute of play forced Kolopetinitsa's goalkeeper Nikos Leontoulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When VC zoetwater's Bernardo Sharkin in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Kolopetinitsa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nikos Leontoulis should have stopped the shot. İbrahim Efe Akarsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 minutes of play, VC zoetwater's Bernardo Sharkin made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nikos Leontoulis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nikos Leontoulis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İbrahim Efe Akarsu's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. In the 41st minute, Bernardo Sharkin made a precise shot to the right of Nikos Leontoulis. Kolopetinitsa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. If İbrahim Efe Akarsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kolopetinitsa's Nikos Leontoulis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Olsson in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute, İbrahim Efe Akarsu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nikos Leontoulis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Disappointed in the 0-9 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernardo Sharkin to strike the kick off in the second half. VC zoetwater's Gong Ying Zheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miltiadis Alexopoulos in the 52nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Kolopetinitsa defense, Bernardo Sharkin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nikos Leontoulis. The Kolopetinitsa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nikos Leontoulis should have stopped the shot. Nikos Leontoulis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Sharkin's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. In the 62nd minute, VC zoetwater's Bernardo Sharkin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. Kolopetinitsa's Nikos Leontoulis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Sharkin in the 65th minute of play. Bo Bo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Nikos Leontoulis made a huge save. Tilemachos Karagiotas kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Nikos Leontoulis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Sharkin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, VC zoetwater's İbrahim Efe Akarsu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nikos Leontoulis. Nikos Leontoulis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12. VC zoetwater's Fabien Pardons was substituted for Gusztáv Bács. Fabien Pardons scored 0-14 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nikos Leontoulis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fabien Pardons fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikos Leontoulis having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Bernardo Sharkin put it in 0-15 from a short distance just to the right of Nikos Leontoulis. Nikos Leontoulis was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Bernardo Sharkin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bernardo Sharkin really showed his touch with that goal: 0-16. VC zoetwater played a much better game than Kolopetinitsa and deserved their victory. The Kolopetinitsa players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
