Wilian Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ntinos Ioannidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christiano Fontes during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, LauerArmy's Christiano Fontes got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 29th match minute, LauerArmy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franklin Alvarenga to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Drafi getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ntinos Ioannidis hit a great ball. Babbis Petroutsos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hélder dos Santos went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 37 minutes of play, LauerArmy's Angelo Teixeira made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Babbis Petroutsos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 40th minute, Hélder dos Santos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LauerArmy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Teixeira in the 44th minute of play forced Drafi's goalkeeper Babbis Petroutsos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Angelo Teixeira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Babbis Petroutsos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hélder dos Santos to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Drafi's zone, Angelo Teixeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Babbis Petroutsos came out of the goal and Angelo Teixeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Babbis Petroutsos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Teixeira in the 56th minute of the match. LauerArmy's Hélder dos Santos was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 62nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 66th match minute, LauerArmy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christiano Fontes to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Drafi defense, Hélder dos Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Babbis Petroutsos. The Drafi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Babbis Petroutsos should have stopped the shot. Angelo Teixeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st match minute, Drafi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panagiotis Mitsibonas to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute, LauerArmy's Angelo Teixeira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched LauerArmy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
