Giga Hertz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Guedes, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Sidnei Velloso's late challenge caught a Templários MZC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sidnei Velloso helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Templários MZC booed when Limoeiro-PE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidnei Velloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walmyr Salles took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laze Gjoka. Laze Gjoka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Roger Guedes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Templários MZC's supporters rose to their feet, but Roger Guedes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giga Hertz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Laze Gjoka came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Limoeiro-PE FC's Walmyr Salles. But to his dismay, Walmyr Salles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 19th minute Basílio Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laze Gjoka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giga Hertz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zula Marciewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé da Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Limoeiro-PE FC's goalkeeper Giga Hertz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tobiasz Bejger hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zula Marciewicz to make the kick off. Basílio Nogueira scored 5-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Laze Gjoka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roger Guedes in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giga Hertz saved Limoeiro-PE FC from getting behind. Sérgio Esteves hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Zula Marciewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Templários MZC's Mauro Bittencourt was substituted for 姜浩松. In the 69th minute Tobiasz Bejger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laze Gjoka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Furlan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-3 in the 82nd playminute. Noel Furlan struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Giga Hertz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Templários MZC. Giga Hertz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zula Marciewicz in the 88th minute of the match. Zula Marciewicz took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giga Hertz. Giga Hertz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-4. After some careless play in the Limoeiro-PE FC defense, Zula Marciewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Giga Hertz. The Limoeiro-PE FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giga Hertz should have stopped the shot. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
