The supporters of Ave Silesia booed when Karlsborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wincent Dombroski to make the kick off. Kenny Ekeberg struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute.
