Nouvelle Vague's Gualterio Socorro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Tipi in the 22nd minute of play. Ovidio Argi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Marcus Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd match minute, Nouvelle Vague was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Argi to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Zula Munko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gualterio Socorro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Gualterio Socorro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adolfo Tipi went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After having played for 42 minutes, Feliberto Unai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nouvelle Vague's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliberto Unai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45thth minute of the game Jimeno Gumaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nouvelle Vague's Gualterio Socorro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 47th match minute, Nouvelle Vague was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Tripodi to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Feliberto Unai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
