A nice corner shot did that Simon Schol got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gualterio Socorro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jasper Schildkamp made in the 8th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Nouvelle Vague's Aaron Abajas. Reinhard Alards could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Gualterio Socorro made a huge save. Gualterio Socorro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinhard Alards, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when De Digitale Dribbelaars's Reinhard Alards fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Kristof Klompe succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 12th playminute. After having played for 16 minutes, Lucio Caetano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nouvelle Vague's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucio Caetano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Feliberto Unai might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pieter-Jan Wagemakers. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Feliberto Unai ran back to his position shaking his head. The Nouvelle Vague fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Nouvelle Vague's Lucio Caetano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gualterio Socorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinhard Alards in the 22nd minute of the match. Pieter-Jan Wagemakers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliberto Unai, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Reinhard Alards hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Jasper Schildkamp in the 32nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nouvelle Vague's Aaron Abajas. Pieter-Jan Wagemakers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliberto Unai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reinhard Alards in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gualterio Socorro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute Reinhard Alards shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Socorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th match minute, De Digitale Dribbelaars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pankracy Wisniewski to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinhard Alards in the 54th minute of play forced Nouvelle Vague's goalkeeper Gualterio Socorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ignacio Arnas during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 60th match minute, Nouvelle Vague was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignacio Arnas to maneuver through the defense. If Sindre Westerlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Nouvelle Vague's zone, Kristof Klompe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gualterio Socorro came out of the goal and Kristof Klompe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute Reinhard Alards shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Socorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gualterio Socorro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristof Klompe, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Gualterio Socorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristof Klompe in the 79th minute of the match. Pieter-Jan Wagemakers made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Paulino Bero sent off a good shot on target. In the 82nd minute, Jasper Schildkamp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
