Robbie Corcoran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Pedro Sendoa made a huge save. The supporters of Culo de Vieja FC booed when Zawisza Bydgoszcz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Borkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alex Pihl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Erramu in the 18th minute of play. After 20 minutes Zawisza Bydgoszcz's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Teodosio Ibañez who took care of the corner kick. 24 minutes into the match, Gabby Salinas notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Alex Pihl. Alex Pihl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alex Pihl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabby Salinas in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Mateusz Trzenzalski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Gabby Salinas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alex Pihl was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gabby Salinas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53rd play minutes Gabby Salinas shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Alex Pihl and just under the crossbar into goal. Jesus Calisto kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Gabby Salinas made a precise shot to the right of Alex Pihl. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 61st minute Mariano Michael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Pihl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Sendoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateusz Trzenzalski, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Culo de Vieja FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patryk Gacek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7.
