But to his dismay, Cristian Rufo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Húsares's Roque Jokin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Rufo in the 7th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Juan Arano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Húsares's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esmeralda AFC the free kick. After 11 played minutes Húsares got a freekick which was hit by Juan Arano. Húsares's Roque Jokin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Rufo in the 13th minute of play. Esmeralda AFC's Mateo Jakue played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Costante in the 16th minute of play. Esmeralda AFC's Aaron Fagildo got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roque Jokin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Fagildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amancio Dantae's late challenge caught a Esmeralda AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amancio Dantae helped the player get up and apologised. Esmeralda AFC made a substitution. Aurelio Jacindo replaced Aquilino Mon. The supporters of Esmeralda AFC booed when Húsares was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Dantae didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateo Jakue made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Felix Costante sent off a good shot on target. After 46 minutes, Cristian Rufo made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Húsares's Roque Jokin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Húsares players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Esmeralda AFC were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Cristian Rufo made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Cristian Rufo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Jokin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Húsares getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. German Jobo hit a great ball. Esmeralda AFC's Mateo Jakue played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Dantae in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th match minute, Esmeralda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Fagildo to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the game, Húsares's Amancio Dantae nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mateo Jakue made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The Húsares fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Húsares's Felix Costante looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 93 minutes into the game, Felix Costante was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Húsares's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esmeralda AFC the free kick. Felix Costante hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Húsares had won after a very even match.
