The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nereo Diaz got free with Zé Veloso in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 4th minute, Sixto Cortez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Lanus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Nereo Diaz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zé Veloso came out and tried to block the shot, but Nereo Diaz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Diaz in the 13th minute of play forced Wolves FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Zé Veloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Wolves FC - DMZ's Betão do Nascimento got a free kick in the 15th minute. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Lanus's Alejo Bastia got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute, Franklin Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Veloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Eli, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Lanus's goal looked a bit too open when Betão do Nascimento came free, but Rafael Tano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Betão do Nascimento was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Sixto Cortez notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Wolves FC - DMZ's Zé Veloso. Zé Veloso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zé Veloso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nereo Diaz went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Cortez in the 62nd minute of play forced Wolves FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Zé Veloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Veloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nereo Diaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Club Atletico Lanus's Rafael Tano got control of the ball when Betão do Nascimento tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 69 minutes of play, Club Atletico Lanus's Guaberto Bidun made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Veloso was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 74th minute, Nereo Diaz made a precise shot to the right of Zé Veloso. Wolves FC - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. 78 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Eli notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Wolves FC - DMZ's Zé Veloso. Zé Veloso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 82nd minute, Sixto Cortez made a precise shot to the right of Zé Veloso. Wolves FC - DMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. In the 86th minute, Franklin Guerra reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rafael Tano. The goal made the score 12-1. After 88 minutes of play, Club Atletico Lanus's Rodrigo Eli made it 13-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Veloso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Willian Pena kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Club Atletico Lanus players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
