Aristides Orzaize made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bob Dinamite in the 5th minute of play. After 9 played minutes Yaman Academy® got a freekick which was hit by Altan Andaç. Aristides Orzaize took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Paulo Ferraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aristides Orzaize showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bob Chute in the 15th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Orhan Veli Durucan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wágner Ribeiro. The goal made the score 1-0. Wágner Ribeiro made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Anıl Berk Yıldız sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Wágner Ribeiro managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Yaman Academy®'s Orhan Veli Durucan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 36 minutes into the match, Yaman Academy®'s Orhan Veli Durucan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wágner Ribeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Yaman Academy® were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Misericordia EC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Theo Hernández took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Anıl Berk Yıldız got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wágner Ribeiro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luiz Paulo Ferraz made a kick off. Aristides Orzaize showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zico Matamoros in the 51st minute of the match. In the 54th minute of the match Misericordia EC got a corner. Yaman Academy®'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bob Dinamite ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Misericordia EC's Bob Dinamite to fire away a dangerous shot which Aristides Orzaize despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 55 minutes Yaman Academy®'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bob Dinamite who took care of the corner kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orhan Veli Durucan in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wágner Ribeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luís Eduardo Amaral's late challenge caught a Yaman Academy®'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luís Eduardo Amaral helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Yaman Academy® booed when Misericordia EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Eduardo Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Luís Eduardo Amaral was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 67 minutes had been played. The supporters of Yaman Academy® booed when Misericordia EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Eduardo Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Zico Matamoros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aristides Orzaize was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 78th minute Orhan Veli Durucan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wágner Ribeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kutlu Davarcı kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Misericordia EC's Bob Dinamite shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 79th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Aristides Orzaize but with some difficulty. Yaman Academy®'s Sabit Sezai managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bob Chute in the 80 minute of the game. When Bob Chute fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Misericordia EC's protests and gave Bob Chute a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Misericordia EC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Bob Chute hit a great ball. Misericordia EC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
