Patricio Paz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute, David Luzaide ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remo Amaral was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Lu 胡义勇 came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Desfachatados F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lu 胡义勇 couldn't finish the play. After 15 played minutes ✪ XV de Umarizal got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Motta. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Skæringur Skaadegaard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Desfachatados F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Skæringur Skaadegaard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remo Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Remo Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lu 胡义勇 in the 19th minute of the match. Valdo Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. David Luzaide might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Remo Amaral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David Luzaide ran back to his position shaking his head. 35 minutes into the match, ✪ XV de Umarizal's goalkeeper Remo Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Skæringur Skaadegaard. In the 38th minute, Skæringur Skaadegaard made a precise shot to the right of Remo Amaral. ✪ XV de Umarizal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After 42 played minutes ✪ XV de Umarizal got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Gabriel Mineiro. The Desfachatados F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 47th minute Lu 胡义勇 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remo Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Skæringur Skaadegaard made a kick off.
