Peeter Uluk took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adam Northe. Adam Northe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 7th minute Sandu Alexa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdo Neppi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peeter Uluk who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Adam Northe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marko Suslik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arno Claußen kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Laur Ratassepp's shot from long distance in the 12th minute was not bad at all, but Rot-Weiss-Essen's Adam Northe knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Adam Northe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peeter Uluk went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Adam Northe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peeter Uluk, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 22nd match minute, Rot-Weiss-Essen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Balzer to maneuver through the defense. Adam Northe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laur Ratassepp, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Peeter Uluk dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adam Northe, 3-0. Adam Northe made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Marko Suslik sent off a good shot on target. Peeter Uluks short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Adam Northe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erkan Fostiropoulos in the 39th minute of play forced FC Vorbuze's goalkeeper Valdo Neppi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peeter Uluk might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adam Northe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peeter Uluk ran back to his position shaking his head. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erkan Fostiropoulos was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Rot-Weiss-Essen got a freekick which was hit by Erkan Fostiropoulos. Rot-Weiss-Essen's Adam Northe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marko Suslik in the 56th minute of play. FC Vorbuze's Peeter Uluk got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Peeter Uluk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Adam Northe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adam Northe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peeter Uluk in the 66th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peeter Uluk in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adam Northe saved Rot-Weiss-Essen from getting behind. In the 71st match minute, Rot-Weiss-Essen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavi Haberer to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peeter Uluk in the 75th minute of play forced Rot-Weiss-Essen's goalkeeper Adam Northe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peeter Uluk in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Northe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adam Northe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peeter Uluk's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Peeter Uluk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Adam Northe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adam Northe came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Vorbuze's Marko Suslik. But to his dismay, Marko Suslik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Peeter Uluk sped through Rot-Weiss-Essen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Adam Northe. There was no doubt that FC Vorbuze were the better team. FC Vorbuze's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
