Harry Hellqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raşit Timuroz in the 6th minute of the match. Raşit Timuroz might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harry Hellqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raşit Timuroz ran back to his position shaking his head. Harry Hellqvist was a little too slow when Vacid Oğuzata got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 2-0. With his leg Harry Hellqvist managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Trabzonspor's Raşit Timuroz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Trabzonspor's Ulryk Jarosiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Recep Tayyip Ortaçgil in the 19th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alf Pååk in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulryk Jarosiewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Raşit Timuroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Raşit Timuroz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Harry Hellqvist made a huge save. Isaac Ahlén kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Raşit Timuroz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Harry Hellqvist made a huge save. Harry Hellqvist came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Trabzonspor's Raşit Timuroz. In the 47th match minute, Wedd FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Ahlén to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Raşit Timuroz made the kick off in the second half. Raşit Timuroz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harry Hellqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Trabzonspor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guter Acosta in the 60th minute. Wedd FF's Harry Hellqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raşit Timuroz in the 61st minute of play. Raşit Timuroz took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harry Hellqvist. Harry Hellqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Trabzonspor's Yılmaz Avcu was substituted for Roberto-Carlos Catarinense. Raşit Timuroz might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harry Hellqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raşit Timuroz ran back to his position shaking his head. Raşit Timuroz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harry Hellqvist having to make a save. In the 96thth minute of the game Raşit Timuroz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wedd FF's Harry Hellqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Trabzonspor fans cheered their team off the field, for while Wedd FF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
