In the 47th minute, Gualberto Abbatte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jhonny Rabelo to strike the kick off in the second half. Benedito Trevisan hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Gualberto Abbatte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 67thth minute of the game Erasmo Lacunza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pinheiros Capibaras FC's Tang Quan Yan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erasmo Lacunza struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Tang Quan Yan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CSD Concepción. Carlos Saúl Quirch didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Benedito Trevisan from long distance, 71 minutes into the match, got Nicolás Villamil's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erasmo Lacunza in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tang Quan Yan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 82 minutes Pinheiros Capibaras FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Juanjo Campaña who took care of the corner kick. In the 87th minute of the match CSD Concepción got a corner. Pinheiros Capibaras FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Juanjo Campaña ran over to the corner to take the kick. CSD Concepción's Juanjo Campaña was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tang Quan Yan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Tang Quan Yan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Manilan in the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Pinheiros Capibaras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Lacunza came free, but Tang Quan Yan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CSD Concepción had won after a very even match.
