The audience thought a goal was coming when Leopold Zelenka got free with Jaroslav Mlejnek in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FC Chorchoj's Jaroslav Mlejnek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milan Petrovský in the 4th minute of play. Jaroslav Mlejnek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavel Tománek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vincent Obdržálek lost his temper 18 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 18th minute, one of FC Chorchoj:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Chorchoj. Dezider Honsa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petr Šícha's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Leopold Zelenka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Jaroslav Mlejnek made a huge save. Jaroslav Mlejnek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milan Petrovský, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. FC Jamala's Dezider Honsa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Panák in the 27th minute of play. In the 27th minute Mario Panák shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dezider Honsa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milan Petrovský in the 28th minute of play forced FC Chorchoj's goalkeeper Jaroslav Mlejnek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dezider Honsa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petr Šícha in the 30th minute of the match. FC Jamala's Dezider Honsa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otakar Šuráň in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, FC Jamala's goal looked a bit too open when Otakar Šuráň came free, but Dezider Honsa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Petr Šícha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, FC Jamala's Benedikt Parma got a free kick in the 50th minute. 1-1 became the score in the 52nd minute when Petr Šícha elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a little luck, FC Jamala's Dezider Honsa got control of the ball when Petr Šícha tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 57 played minutes FC Jamala got a freekick which was hit by Pavel Kohl. After 63 played minutes, FC Jamala's Benedikt Parma shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jaroslav Mlejnek came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Jamala reached it. In the 65th minute Pavel Tománek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslav Mlejnek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Pavel Tománek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaroslav Mlejnek was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. 67 minutes into the match, FC Chorchoj's goal looked a bit too open when Pavel Tománek came free, but Jaroslav Mlejnek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vladan Budil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jaroslav Mlejnek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, FC Chorchoj's goal looked a bit too open when Milan Petrovský came free, but Jaroslav Mlejnek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pavel Tománek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Lubomír Forman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the game, Leopold Zelenka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Jamala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Chorchoj the free kick.
