Jurand Borowski started the match with the kick off. A collision led to KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Patryk Modliszewski hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Real Racing Club's zone, Cyryl Adamczak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gao Fei came out of the goal and Cyryl Adamczak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Amato in the 15th minute of play forced KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's goalkeeper Mieszko Majusiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mieszko Majusiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Viviano, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Mieszko Majusiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Su Yuan Yu in the 22nd minute of play. When Real Racing Club's Su Yuan Yu in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's goalie prevented a goal. Ruperto Viviano scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mieszko Majusiak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mieszko Majusiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Amato in the 34th minute of play. After 35 played minutes KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ got a freekick which was hit by Cyryl Adamczak. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ruperto Viviano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Marian Dembowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gao Fei showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Real Racing Club's Su Yuan Yu got a free kick in the 54th minute. A collision led to Real Racing Club getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Arnoldo Beti hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by Robert Imbor in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Real Racing Club's Cesar Cordairo. In the 64th minute Su Yuan Yu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mieszko Majusiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 68 minutes into the game, when Alejo Salvino put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Real Racing Club getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Alejo Salvino hit a great ball. Gao Fei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Slawomir Laba in the 70th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Marian Dembowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gao Fei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Marian Dembowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gao Fei was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. If Ruperto Viviano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 80 played minutes Real Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Amato. Marian Dembowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 89 played minutes KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ got a freekick which was hit by Slawomir Laba. Mieszko Majusiak was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ismael Brun. Ruperto Viviano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
