In the 4th minute Cléberson Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iliyan Gavrilov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faustão Gaspar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lyuben Dimiev in the 8th minute. After 11 played minutes FC Grivata got a freekick which was hit by Tzvyatko Benov. In the 12th minute Tiago Gabriel Arósio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iliyan Gavrilov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute Lyuben Dimiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustão Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faustão Gaspar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lyuben Dimiev went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viden Yashmakov in the 27th minute of play forced Aguinhas's goalkeeper Faustão Gaspar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denílson de Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Vitório Lago made a precise shot to the right of Iliyan Gavrilov. FC Grivata's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. When Genko Madin fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Grivata's protests and gave Genko Madin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 35th minute, Genko Madin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sandrinho da Silveira during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Grivata booed when Aguinhas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandrinho da Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Aguinhas's zone, Genko Madin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustão Gaspar came out of the goal and Genko Madin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute Cléberson Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iliyan Gavrilov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Grivata's Viden Yashmakov got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of FC Grivata booed when Aguinhas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amauri Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Faustão Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lyuben Dimiev, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Iliyan Gavrilov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitório Lago in the 53rd minute of the match. Genko Madin got his second yellow card in the match during the 57th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 58th minute, Genko Madin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iliyan Gavrilov came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Aguinhas's Vitório Lago. But to his dismay, Vitório Lago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 63 played minutes FC Grivata got a freekick which was hit by Ginyo Púpkov. A collision led to FC Grivata getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Lyuben Dimiev hit a great ball. Cléberson Leme received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Iliyan Gavrilov came out and tried to block the shot, but Cléberson Leme slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 68th minute. Iliyan Gavrilov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cléberson Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute, Lyuben Vetov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Vitório Lago got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
