Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) FC Grivata's Lyuben Dimiev started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Elegance Dijon's zone, Genko Madin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivo Katúrov came out of the goal and Genko Madin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ivo Katúrov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lyuben Dimiev, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lamine Valente in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iliyan Gavrilov saved FC Grivata from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Yann Guillemin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elegance Dijon's supporters rose to their feet, but Yann Guillemin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iliyan Gavrilov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ivo Katúrov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lyuben Dimiev in the 23rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Yann Guillemin sped through FC Grivata's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Iliyan Gavrilov. Lyuben Dimiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Iliyan Gavrilov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lamine Valente's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Yann Guillemin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Iliyan Gavrilov skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Elegance Dijon's Yann Guillemin in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Grivata's goalie prevented a goal. After 34th play minutes Yann Guillemin shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Iliyan Gavrilov and just under the crossbar into goal. Iliyan Gavrilov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luka Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After 42 played minutes FC Grivata got a freekick which was hit by Genko Madin. With a little luck, FC Grivata's Iliyan Gavrilov got control of the ball when Lamine Valente tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lamine Valente to strike the kick off in the second half. Iliyan Gavrilov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lamine Valente in the 51st minute of the match. Genko Madin hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 54thth minute of the game Mathieu Gaud who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Grivata's Iliyan Gavrilov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iliyan Gavrilov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luka Esteves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute, Yann Guillemin made a precise shot to the right of Iliyan Gavrilov. FC Grivata's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 61st minute Yann Guillemin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iliyan Gavrilov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iliyan Gavrilov came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Elegance Dijon's Mathieu Gaud. But to his dismay, Mathieu Gaud quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 74 minutes into the game, Lamine Valente cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Iliyan Gavrilov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 77th minute, Yann Guillemin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iliyan Gavrilov was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Iliyan Gavrilov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathieu Gaud in the 81st minute of play. Ivo Katúrov made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Lyuben Dimiev sent off a good shot on target. Genko Madin kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. FC Grivata's Iliyan Gavrilov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lamine Valente in the 92nd minute of play. If Yann Guillemin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Elegance Dijon were the better team. Elegance Dijon's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
