The Dionisia fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Dionisia's Fabian Milio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Fabian Milio took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Paulo Fagundes to make any attempt to save it. Severiano Lucena's late challenge caught a Dionisia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severiano Lucena helped the player get up and apologised. Fabian Milio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Paulo Fagundes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dionisia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nestor Totakoxe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gusmão Candeias, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After 47 minutes, Gusmão Candeias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lima Team and the Dionisia players grew even worse after the yellow card. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabian Milio made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Lima Team got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Gois. The audience was convinced that Fabian Milio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulo Fagundes was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Damaso Aresti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulo Fagundes was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Lima Team's Paulo Fagundes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Luar in the 61st minute of play. The corner ended in Wilson Frois almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dionisia's Nestor Totakoxe did a great save. Dionisia's Nestor Totakoxe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Dionisia from getting a goal against them. In the 70th minute Damaso Aresti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Fagundes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horácio Sobral charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Benigno Luar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Paulo Fagundes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 85 played minutes Lima Team got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Carrasqueira. 87 minutes into the game, Damaso Aresti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Paulo Fagundes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paulo Fagundes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Luar in the 90th minute of the match. Damaso Aresti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Fagundes having to interfere.
