In the 27th minute of the match Hermanö Oilers got a corner. Wool United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arman Utfal ran over to the corner to take the kick. At last the ball reached Kurt Arenberg at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Wool United. 2-2. After 32 played minutes Wool United got a freekick which was hit by 周桦森. 周桦森 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joseph Algren having to make a save. 毛骏克 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt Arenberg in the 37th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, 郑宁星 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wool United's supporters rose to their feet, but 郑宁星 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joseph Algren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 毛骏克 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingemar Stålman in the 43rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Anton Mattsson put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of 毛骏克.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ingemar Stålman to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Mattsson in the 52nd minute of play forced Wool United's goalkeeper 毛骏克 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 范崇博 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 89th minute, Orvar Stenquist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hermanö Oilers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. If 郑宁星 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Hermanö Oilers booed when Wool United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. 胡延洲 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Orvar Stenquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wool United's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
