Spectators: 730 (Terracing: 548, Seating: 168, VIP seats: 14) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hermengildo Bladi kicked off to start the match. Elvio Lohitzun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ladislao Elodio in the 2nd minute. When Salinas FC's Ambrosio Frasco in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guansa's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Maule in the 20th minute of play forced Guansa's goalkeeper Cornelio Asteri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Guansa's Elvio Lohitzun threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hermengildo Bladi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 22nd minute of the match, Hermengildo Bladi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Elvio Lohitzun saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Anier Pedroso lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 24th minute, one of Guansa:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Guansa. If Raul Acosta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Guansa's Hector Terciero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Elvio Lohitzun. Elvio Lohitzun yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Guansa's Ladislao Elodio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Elvio Lohitzun. That made the score 2-0 after 37 minutes of play. Hector Terciero was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 39th minute. Guansa's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Adan Frechoso kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. If Flavio Ipar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 46th minute, Hector Terciero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

After a rather tough play, Salinas FC's Raul Acosta got a free kick in the 50th minute. Adan Frechoso hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Flavio Ipar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guansa's Ladislao Elodio got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anacleto Eusko during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Salinas FC booed when Guansa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Eusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Salinas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Terciero came free, but Elvio Lohitzun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 74 minutes, Hector Terciero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guansa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Terciero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Elodio in the 76th minute of play forced Salinas FC's goalkeeper Elvio Lohitzun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guansa's Cornelio Asteri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosio Frasco in the 78th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Elodio in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elvio Lohitzun saved Salinas FC from getting behind. Elvio Lohitzun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Terciero in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Elodio in the 91st minute of play forced Salinas FC's goalkeeper Elvio Lohitzun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute, Mauricio Beliran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Flavio Ipar came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Guansa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Ipar couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Guansa fully deserved thier win.
