After some careless play in the Stardust Unicorns XI defense, Jens Forssberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulf Skoog. The Stardust Unicorns XI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulf Skoog should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sirius Thunderchild in the 11th minute of play forced Boomerang Bombers's goalkeeper Claes Sandström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulf Skoog showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Uter, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Ulf Skoog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens Forssberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexander Wahlnäs's late challenge caught a Stardust Unicorns XI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, Boomerang Bombers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Wahlnäs to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Sirius Thunderchild's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claes Sandström was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Boomerang Bombers's Claes Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sirius Thunderchild in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Boomerang Bombers's Alexander Wahlnäs got a free kick in the 40th minute. Anton Wennerström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulf Skoog showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernt Arvidsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half Boomerang Bombers were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucas Åström during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 50 played minutes Boomerang Bombers got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Åström. Claes Sandström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sirius Thunderchild, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sirius Thunderchild's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claes Sandström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, Boomerang Bombers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Wahlnäs to maneuver through the defense. Stardust Unicorns XI's Ulf Skoog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Browall in the 72nd minute of play. Claes Sandström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sirius Thunderchild, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Claes Sandström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sirius Thunderchild in the 79th minute of play. The supporters of Boomerang Bombers booed when Stardust Unicorns XI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benny Bennis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emanuel Browall's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ulf Skoog read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. If Emanuel Browall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alphan Özdoğan during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Stardust Unicorns XI getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Alphan Özdoğan hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Sirius Thunderchild got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Boomerang Bombers's Claes Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sirius Thunderchild in the 95th minute of play. The Stardust Unicorns XI supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Boomerang Bombers's performance. The match ended with a win for Boomerang Bombers.
