In the 3rd minute, Periklis Kalamaras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's Dominik Karanowski got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's Marek Gdowik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vassilis Koliopoulos in the 12th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, YELLOW FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arkadiusz Zaworski came free, but Fotis Vouzakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Akis Koutras managed to get in a good position for a shot. YELLOW FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Akis Koutras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marek Gdowik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Norbert Gregorczyk was extremely unlucky when he, in the 20th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Arkadiusz Zaworski took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fotis Vouzakis. Fotis Vouzakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 30 minutes of play, ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's Arkadiusz Zaworski made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fotis Vouzakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Norbert Gregorczyk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Akis Koutras during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, Akis Koutras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Akis Koutras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marek Gdowik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vassilis Koliopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jurand Wojtkiewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Fotis Vouzakis made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arkadiusz Zaworski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nikos Loukmas was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in YELLOW FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! Marek Gdowik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vassilis Koliopoulos in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Jurand Wojtkiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź's Arkadiusz Zaworski got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to YELLOW FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Isidoros Pournaris hit a great ball. After some careless play in the YELLOW FC defense, Arkadiusz Zaworski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fotis Vouzakis. The YELLOW FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fotis Vouzakis should have stopped the shot. Ulryk Mochowak hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Vassilis Koliopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Marek Gdowik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź defense, Periklis Kalamaras kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marek Gdowik. The ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marek Gdowik should have stopped the shot. If Arkadiusz Zaworski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the YELLOW FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ◄19A10► Widzew Łódź.
