Perivaldo Torres yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 26 minutes into the game, Marcos Loureiro threw the ball into play from the sideline. Jardim América FC's Walmir Araújo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 27 minutes into the match, Jardim América FC's Kauan Monteiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Moisés da Silveira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 31 minutes into the game, Marcos Loureiro threw the ball into play from the sideline. The corner led Jardim América FC's Wágner Urbano to fire away a dangerous shot which Moisés da Silveira despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Grêmio Papão de WC booed when Jardim América FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Meireles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jardim América FC's Perivaldo Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Jardim América FC from getting a goal against them. Moisés da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kauan Monteiro in the 45th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Cristiano Senna made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Jardim América FC's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Quadros came free, but Perivaldo Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcel Gonçalves hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Marcos Loureiro in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Jardim América FC's Walmir Araújo. Moisés da Silveira was a little too slow when Cristiano Senna got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 1-1. After 67 played minutes Grêmio Papão de WC got a freekick which was hit by José Pedro Novaes. Moisés da Silveira was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Cristiano Senna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristiano Senna really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. In the 78th minute, Kauan Monteiro made a precise shot to the right of Moisés da Silveira. Grêmio Papão de WC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kauan Monteiro got free with Moisés da Silveira in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Grêmio Papão de WC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Jardim América FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
