In the 17th match minute, Grupo Informatico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Abarca to maneuver through the defense. Grupo Informatico's Danilo Edorta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Humberto Pinheiro, made in the 22nd minute of the game. Humberto Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Morabem EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grupo Informatico the free kick. In the 41st minute, Humberto Pinheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teofilo Natanael might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cido Peres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teofilo Natanael ran back to his position shaking his head. Leonardo Naelio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cido Peres having to make a save. Mito Kroos kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mito Kroos to make the kick off. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grupo Informatico's goalkeeper Felip Mondragon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th minute Mito Kroos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felip Mondragon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th match minute, Grupo Informatico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsenio Palben to maneuver through the defense. Felip Mondragon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mito Kroos, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Oséias Paiva struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Felip Mondragon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morabem EC. If Teofilo Natanael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Morabem EC's Cido Peres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Morabem EC from getting a goal against them. In the 95th minute, Cris Ronaldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felip Mondragon was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0.
