Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Shaheen Al Ali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Lacerda in the 71st minute of the match. With a little luck, DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Shaheen Al Ali got control of the ball when Atauri Aballe tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th match minute, DUBAI Palm Jumeirah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maitham Al Hajraf to maneuver through the defense. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's Moath Al Ansari got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ur Abellaneda received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Shaheen Al Ali came out and tried to block the shot, but Ur Abellaneda slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 87th minute. 92 minutes into the match, La Mandarina Mecánica's goal looked a bit too open when Moath Al Ansari came free, but Jaen Abadia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
