Peyami Hicabi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 17 played minutes CİCERO got a freekick which was hit by Acar Özilter. In the 18th minute, Hayrullah Tur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. İsa Darga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Ferdinand in the 22nd minute of play. In the 31st minute Peyami Hicabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Larra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Venezia FC's goalkeeper Amado Larra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peyami Hicabi. 42 minutes into the match, Santos Ferdinand had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of İsa Darga. CİCERO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santos Ferdinand was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as CİCERO's Kerim Saruca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amado Larra. That made the score 2-1 after 46 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peyami Hicabi to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Vladimiro Izotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venezia FC were furious when Vladimiro Izotz was red carded, 60 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 61st match minute, Venezia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Izotz to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 62 minutes, Affan Gulabi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CİCERO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Affan Gulabi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Venezia FC's Santos Ferdinand slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of İsa Darga. That made the score 2-2 after 66 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peyami Hicabi in the 69th minute of play forced Venezia FC's goalkeeper Amado Larra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amado Larra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Acar Özilter in the 76th minute of the match. Teobaldo Venceslao kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Amado Larra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peyami Hicabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santos Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Amado Larra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peyami Hicabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 88th match minute, Venezia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Chico to maneuver through the defense. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
