A collision led to Miraflores getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Gervasio Maore hit a great ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernabe Francis couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Haritz in the 31st minute of play forced Miraflores's goalkeeper Leonardo Firmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Mantzio took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Firmin. Leonardo Firmin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Leonardo Firmin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Mantzio in the 43rd minute of play. A hard shot 46 in the game by Gervasio Maore from a close distance when the talented Eliseo Elija managed to make a qualified save. Defensores del Tiki Tiki's players were relieved. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Erasmo Lertxun made the kick off in the second half. Angel Mantzio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Miraflores getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Santo Hibai hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Miraflores's goal looked a bit too open when Benicio Perfecto came free, but Leonardo Firmin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervasio Maore struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Eliseo Elija didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miraflores. After a defensive mix-up in Miraflores's zone, Benicio Perfecto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Firmin came out of the goal and Benicio Perfecto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gervasio Maore hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Angel Mantzio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Leonardo Firmin made a huge save. Gerardo Haritz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Leonardo Firmin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonardo Firmin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benicio Perfecto in the 84th minute of the match. Leonardo Firmin made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Mario Chabier sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gervasio Maore during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Miraflores's Gervasio Maore got a free kick in the 86th minute. Erasmo Lertxun's late challenge caught a Defensores del Tiki Tiki's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erasmo Lertxun helped the player get up and apologised. Angel Mantzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Leonardo Firmin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 98 minutes, Leonardo Firmin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Defensores del Tiki Tiki's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
