When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isaias Baladi made a kick off. Elvio Osorio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Altermundi FC's Luciano Carretero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteve Toribio in the 72nd minute of play. Altermundi FC's Julio Huaiquiman couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Olimpo de Bahia Blanca. Abelardo Ortuzar hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The long shot by Cecilio Domenec in the 92nd minute really tested Luciano Carretero's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The Olimpo de Bahia Blanca players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Altermundi FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
