In the 17th minute, Brian Hult left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IFK Ranger fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 21st minute Jeferson Couto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Björklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute of the match COURO COME FC got a corner. IFK Ranger's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Magno Zonta ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jeferson Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Trillkott in the 24th minute of the match. IFK Ranger's Kent Björklund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save IFK Ranger from getting a goal against them. 29 minutes into the game, Peter Arenius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IFK Ranger's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave COURO COME FC the free kick. The supporters of COURO COME FC booed when IFK Ranger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brian Hult didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Per Trillkott made a kick off. After a rather tough play, COURO COME FC's Lenílson Lago got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, Eric Bäck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kent Björklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magno Zonta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
