Glauco Paranaense scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xuban Natos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 11 minutes into the game, Glauco Paranaense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Xuban Natos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 15th match minute, CE LAJEADENSE RS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glauco Paranaense to maneuver through the defense. When Benedicto Armas came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Ma&Lu Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedicto Armas couldn't finish the play. Lauro Linhares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Fernando Ruz in the 17th minute of play. Marcinho das Neves hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Glauco Paranaense managed to get in a good position for a shot. CE LAJEADENSE RS's supporters rose to their feet, but Glauco Paranaense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xuban Natos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ariel Omaña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lauro Linhares having to interfere. The supporters of Ma&Lu Futbol Club booed when CE LAJEADENSE RS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís de Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angelo Torquemada hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The CE LAJEADENSE RS fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when CE LAJEADENSE RS's Glauco Paranaense looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Xuban Natos made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Eliézer Ramos sent off a good shot on target.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Telmo Sabando made a kick off. Xuban Natos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Glauco Paranaense in the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Ariel Omaña was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ma&Lu Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CE LAJEADENSE RS the free kick. Ariel Omaña kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Xuban Natos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glauco Paranaense in the 62nd minute of play. Ma&Lu Futbol Club's Xuban Natos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliézer Ramos in the 64th minute of play. Ma&Lu Futbol Club were furious when Donzel Pimentel was red carded, 68 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ma&Lu Futbol Club! When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Eliézer Ramos sped through Ma&Lu Futbol Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Xuban Natos. In the 78th match minute, CE LAJEADENSE RS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís de Lara to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Eliézer Ramos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CE LAJEADENSE RS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Glauco Paranaense in the 97th minute of play forced Ma&Lu Futbol Club's goalkeeper Xuban Natos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CE LAJEADENSE RS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
