After some careless play in the Lyons defense, Albano Quintyn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amadeo Weterio. The Lyons fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amadeo Weterio should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Lyons's Narciso Guter got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 14th minute, DESTROY's Albano Quintyn ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amadeo Weterio. Amadeo Weterio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Baldomero Sol hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The long shot by Gaspar Galo in the 18th minute really tested Amadeo Weterio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 22nd minute, DESTROY's Albano Quintyn ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amadeo Weterio. Amadeo Weterio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albano Quintyn got free with Amadeo Weterio in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Lyons getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Salvador Maule hit a great ball. If Haroldo Eneko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Lyons's zone, Adrian Quinto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeo Weterio came out of the goal and Adrian Quinto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrian Quinto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Amadeo Weterio made a huge save. In the 44th match minute, DESTROY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eulalio Ilixo to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Miliano kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

Amadeo Weterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Eneko, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. After having played for 54 minutes, Domingo Calisto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DESTROY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingo Calisto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in DESTROY's zone, Benedicto Maule stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Enaut came out of the goal and Benedicto Maule tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adan Ramond made in the 62nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Clodoveo Llanos immediately put the ball in play. 63 minutes into the match, Lyons's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Quintyn came free, but Amadeo Weterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Albano Quintyn made a precise shot to the right of Amadeo Weterio. Lyons's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. 74 minutes into the match, Lyons's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Ibar came free, but Amadeo Weterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Lyons's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Munio came free, but Amadeo Weterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
