Martin Alegren might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Samuel Pontes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Martin Alegren ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Maranhense in the 29th minute of play forced Vännäsby BF's goalkeeper Thor Frykberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Vännäsby BF's Nils Klementsson got a free kick in the 31st minute. If Charles Maranhense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Folke Skräddare kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Thor Frykberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles Maranhense in the 34th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Marko Lindberg took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Samuel Pontes to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, Alvinegro Carioca's Samuel Pontes got control of the ball when Marko Lindberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Vännäsby BF booed when Alvinegro Carioca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamílton Brasil didn't get a good kick on the ball. When José Augusto Quirino fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alvinegro Carioca's protests and gave José Augusto Quirino a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, José Augusto Quirino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charles Maranhense to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marko Lindberg in the 53rd minute of play forced Alvinegro Carioca's goalkeeper Samuel Pontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig-Ove Vik scored 5-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuel Pontes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88th minute, Kristian Skröder made a precise shot to the right of Samuel Pontes. Alvinegro Carioca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. The supporters of Vännäsby BF booed when Alvinegro Carioca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fernando Braga didn't get a good kick on the ball.
