In the 14th match minute, Real Armal F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cordairo Garay to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Raúl Gasso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bonifacio Sugoi was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Cordairo Garay ran back to his position shaking his head. Bonifacio Sugoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raúl Gasso in the 40th minute of the match. Raúl Gasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Bonifacio Sugoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Urbano Calvino made a kick off. It was a well-played corner which Sigfrido Teruel managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Raúl Gasso's late challenge caught a Guiñazú FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
